Travel to Kuranda Village aboard the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. You'll have free time to explore or visit the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary (optional extra). Transfer to the Army Duck Rainforest Tour. Journey back to Cairns on board the majestic Kuranda Scenic Railway.

Kuranda Scenic Railway- Wind through tunnels and over bridges on this magnificent journey, passing Stoney Creek and Barron Falls.
Kuranda Village - Wander through the picturesque Village in the Rainforest.
Army Duck Rainforest Tour - Travel deep into the rainforest on both land and water as your guide explains different species of flora and fauna.
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway - Glide over the canopy of pristine World Heritage Rainforest with stops at Barron Falls and Red Peak Stations before returning to Cairns.
All tours include Kuranda levy.
What to Bring: Walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, camera & film, food or money for souvenirs, meals.
8:30am - Kuranda Scenic Railway Journey takes 1 hour 45 mins, travelling through the Rainforest to the Kuranda Village.
11:45am - Transfer from Butterfly Sanctuary to Rainforestation Nature Park.
12:00pm - Experience an amphibious Army Duck ride which takes you on land and water. Approx time 40 minutes.
1:00pm - Meet the coach for your transfer to Kuranda Village for more free time.
2:45pm - Skyrail from Kuranda. Journey takes approx 30-40 minutes with 2 stations to stop off at along the way, Red Peak & Barron Falls. On Arrival in Cairns, you may take a short while to explore the souvenir shop and cafe before your transfer back to your accomodation.
