Base Backpacker Resort: Just 50 metres from the Main Street. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. Off street car parking, fully equipped communal kitchen, internet lounge with wireless in every room, a pool, an air conditioned cinema lounge, BBQ facilities and more.
Nomads Backpacker Resort: In the heart of Airlie Beach no more than 50 metres away from all the facilities, shops, restaurants and bars of the Main Street but still in a quiet setting with a pool, bar and plenty of outdoor space to relax. Dorms and rooms are available – all have ensuite bathrooms with air conditioning.
DAY 1 Great Barrier Reef Adventures
The Whitsundays is literally in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. Board one of our fast cruising vessels and journey through the Whitsunday Islands to our pontoons at the stunning outer Great Barrier Reef. Go diving, snorkelling, swimming with thousands of fish, just watch it all happen around you while you sunbathe on the sundeck, or take an optional scenic flight to famous Heart Reef. A delicious buffet lunch is included.

DAY 2 A day at leisure to explore Airlie Beach.
Top up the tan by the pool, at the Lagoon or on the beach.

DAY 3 Camira Day Sailing Adventure
The Whitsundays is world renowned as a sailors’ paradise, and there’s no better way to find out why than onboard ‘Camira’. This bright purple catamaran is the most prestigious and fastest day sailing vessel in the Whitsundays, with a futuristic design providing, space, comfort and speed. Spend the day swimming, snorkelling, lazing on spectacular, world famous Whitehaven Beach and lapping up the thrill of sailing as Camira makes her way through the stunning islands. All beverages and a delicious barbecue lunch are included.
